At Piplepay, we are committed to providing a secure and transparent financial service. This policy outlines the conditions under which funds can be returned to a user, and which fees or transactions are considered final and non-refundable.
2. Non-Refundable Fees and Transactions
Due to the nature of financial and cryptocurrency transactions, certain actions are irreversible and non-refundable. These include:
- Card Issuance Fees: Fees for creating a virtual card or issuing and delivering a physical card are non-refundable once the process has been initiated.
- Completed Transactions: Any successful payment or transfer made using your Piplepay card is final and cannot be refunded by us. For issues with a merchant, you must follow the merchant's return policy.
- Cryptocurrency Funding: Transactions made to fund your account using cryptocurrencies (USDT, BTC, ETH, etc.) are irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
- Currency Conversion Fees: Fees associated with converting currencies (e.g., crypto to fiat) are non-refundable.
3. Return of Your Account Balance
You retain full ownership of the available balance in your Piplepay account. You can request to withdraw your unused funds at any time, subject to our standard withdrawal procedures and fees. This is considered a return of your funds, not a refund of the service.
4. How to Withdraw Your Balance
To withdraw the remaining balance from your account, please use the "Withdraw" or "Transfer" feature within the Piplepay application. If you encounter issues or wish to close your account, contact our support team at support@piplepay.com.
5. Processing Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1-3 business days. The funds will be returned to a designated bank account or crypto wallet, subject to verification. Processing times may vary depending on the receiving institution or blockchain network congestion.
6. Disputed Transactions
If you identify a transaction on your card statement that you did not authorize, please contact our support team immediately. We will investigate the claim in accordance with payment network (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) rules. This dispute process is separate from our refund policy.
7. Effect of Account Closure
Upon closing your account and withdrawing your final balance, your virtual and physical cards will be permanently deactivated. You will no longer have access to the Piplepay service with that account.
